 It is a sad day in America when you have to turn to Comedy Central for an outlet to receive critical, hard-hitting news about our economy and government. Here is a short interview with Peter Schiff, author of Crash Proof, on fixing the economy. Not only does it provide some sobering news on our economy with a comical twist, but it places blame on those responsible for this crisis: the inept Wall Street bankers and the equally incompetent politicians in Washington. Peter Schiff was one of the few who was calling for a day of reckoning as far back as 2006. Here is the interview:

What a great video. Why the talking heads were laughing and not paying attention is beyond me. What a mess we find ourselves in these days. Let’s hope that we can dig out of it.
